Power of attorney given to Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of Haji Muhammad Hasan from Shiraz, by Khavar Sultan, daughter of Muhammad Khan and wife of Mashhadi Nasir from Shiraz to last up to six months from the time of this contract in order to get back the inherited house of her deceased husband. Settlement between Karbalayi Muhammad Husayn, son of Karbalayi Rajab ‘Ali from Shiraz, and Rubab Sultan, daughter of Muhammad Ibrahim from Shiraz and wife of Haji ‘Abd al-Karim the merchant, over selling a house, located in Sarduzak neighborhood of Shiraz, for one hundred and twelve tumans, five hundred dinars, and one man [unit of weight] of hard sugar for the cost of detriments. On the margin, Rubab Sultan notes that she made the above settlement on behalf of her husband, Haji ‘Abd al-Karim son of ‘Ali ‘Askar from Shiraz, and has no rights to benefit from this settlement.
